Do I need a card to start?

No. Free needs no card. Make your first recording on Free. Choose Pro when you want to record throughout the day, have Rill run more browser tasks, or record more sessions at once.

How does the $2 first month work?

New subscribers pay $2 for their first month of Pro. After that, Pro renews at $9.99/month until you cancel.

What is a browser-task credit?

One credit lets Rill start one browser task for you. Free includes 10 each month; Pro includes 30 while your paid subscription is active. Monthly credits refill on the first of each month (UTC); unused monthly credits do not carry over. Recording your screen or your own agent uses no task credits. Your plan’s recording and storage limits still apply. See your remaining credits.

What does each recording capture?

Screen recordings include video and optional microphone narration. Recordings made by your agent or by Rill also include console and network details. Compare capture and sharing details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Billing whenever you like. Pro stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Used today’s recordings? Wait for the next daily allowance or choose Pro to keep recording. Out of storage? Delete recordings or get more room with Pro. Already recording as many sessions as your plan allows? Finish one or upgrade to record more at once. Out of task credits? Wait for your monthly refill, buy extra credits, or choose Pro for more browser tasks each month. You won’t be charged automatically for extra use.

Does a failed browser task use a credit?

Once your task starts, it uses one credit even if it fails. If Rill can’t start your task, you keep your credit. Recording your screen or your own agent uses no task credits.

Do Pro share links last longer?

Both plans give you seven-day share links. Pro lets you record more, keep more video, and have Rill run more browser tasks. It does not extend the life of share links.

What changes if I cancel?

Pro stays active until the end of your paid period. After that, Free limits apply. If your saved recordings exceed Free storage, delete some to make room before recording again.
