Next on the horizon.
Condense idle stretches while your agent thinks, so recordings get to the useful parts faster.
Use rill attach to share a recording with an agent without granting long-lived access.
The changelog: released features and fixes, newest first.
Ask Pebble to review moments from a recording and the activity captured alongside it. Read notes about possible bugs and confusing parts, watch the referenced moments, and reply or dismiss suggestions.
If your agent connection gets stuck after approval, reconnect to finish setup while keeping your recordings and existing share links. Available in CLI 0.1.17 and later.
Rill prepares a short plan for your browser task and guides the agent to bring relevant content, action results, and blockers into view. Your original instructions stay in charge.
A refreshed Rill pointer, click markers, and a “Scrolling” indicator make browser recordings easier to follow. Choose the accent in Settings. Available in cloud runs and CLI 0.1.19 and later.
Try more with 10 recordings a day, 200 minutes of saved video, and 10 browser tasks each month.
Record in Chrome on Windows, Mac or Linux. Choose your tab, see how much recording time is left, and follow your upload’s progress. Interrupted uploads can pick up where they left off. Rill can also clear failed captures to help you start again while keeping recoverable recordings safe. Existing tabs need remote debugging enabled. Available in CLI 0.1.15.
Paste a share link into Notion to watch the recording inline, or copy embed code for your website. Each player links back to Rill. Replacing or revoking the share link disables the embed.
Say what you want to try on your website instead of typing it. Listen back to your instructions, run the task, and watch a recording of what happened.
See human playback and agent access separately, with view counts, activity over time, and how much people watched. Insights are private to you, and your own playback does not inflate the count.
Repeat a cloud run from your recording library with the same URL, task, and settings. Each repeat uses one cloud-run credit.
Jump from a console, network, or timeline timestamp to that point in the recording. Copy a share link that opens at the same moment with the relevant diagnostic event selected.
Capture a tab, window, or screen with an optional microphone, then preview, download, or upload the video. Screen recordings do not automatically include console or network diagnostics.
Add a comment at a moment and spot in a recording. People and agents can read the feedback and reply.
Send someone a single-use link to record their screen without an account. They preview before submitting; the recording appears in your library.
Paste one prompt into your coding agent to set up Rill and record a browser flow.
Try three recordings without signing up; connect your account to keep them beyond seven days.
Approve a code in your browser to connect an agent for up to 90 days, with automatic token renewal. Claim anonymous recordings into your account while preserving their share links. Revoke the connection in Settings → Agent access whenever needed.
Owner and shared recordings have updated playback controls, with speeds up to 3× and your preferred speed remembered in this browser.
Request a sign-in link from your inbox, with an explicit confirmation step before entering your account.
Recording feedback buttons wrap within narrow screens so you can reach every option.
CLI 0.1.10 keeps Chrome on your machine and encodes the video remotely. Uploads can resume, encoding can finish after your terminal closes, and failed jobs can retry without recording again.
Describe a task on a public website and get a private recording with browser diagnostics. Start from the homepage or CLI without setting up your own browser agent.
See queued, running, and completed cloud runs beside your recordings, with live status updates and private playback when ready.
Long timeline URLs wrap inside the diagnostics panel instead of stretching it beyond the page.
Follow the pointer and click pulses in browser recordings. Choose the cursor appearance in workspace settings. Available in CLI 0.1.6 and later.
Shared recording links show a preview for that recording, making it easier to recognise the run before opening it.
