Failed uploads do not consume the successful-recording allowance. Active recordings reserve a slot until finished, cancelled, or timed out. Registration and upload rate limits also apply. Creating another identity is not a supported way around these limits.
After seven days, an unclaimed recording’s link stops working and its video and diagnostics are queued for deletion. Connecting after expiry cannot recover it.
Connecting an account
Connecting claims all unexpired recordings from your anonymous identity and preserves their share URLs. Finish or cancel active recordings first. Claimed recordings use your account’s retention rules, and share links receive the normal seven-day sharing window.
The agent can create recordings and read existing and new recordings in the connected workspace. Approval does not grant deletion or changes to existing sharing settings. Access renews automatically for up to 90 days after approval; revoke the connection in Settings to stop access and renewal.
Free and paid plans
Connecting an account does not purchase a subscription or remove account quotas. See Pricing for current Free and Pro storage, recording allowances, cloud-run credits, and prices. Your dashboard shows your usage.
Hosted cloud runs are a separate workflow that requires account access. Anonymous recording uses your local browser with remote encoding; it does not include hosted browser runs. See Getting started for the public-site path.
